With their extra thick 44mm interlocking timber walls these Log Cabins are superbly strong and will last a lifetime. Made from either superb Redwood Deal, Douglas Fir, Thermowood or Cedar - all from managed forests - you know this this is an ethically sound building for the 21st century. Double Glazed Joinery Double Doors as Standard

Naturally the doors and windows are fully DOUBLE GLAZED to keep the warmth in and the cold out, you can be sure you are doing your bit for the environment. Silver butt hinges with a silver handle & mortice lock and draught excluders - the attention to detail shining through - and no 'Spoiling the ship [log cabin] for a ha'pworth of tar' These are standard features on these top quality Trentan British Log Cabins.

These Log Cabins are made from interlocking 44mm logs, precisely made in England with an option for Double Wall Fully Insulated buildings. Comes as standard with high quality joinery double glazed doors and windows. The roofs on these 'Classic' Log Cabin are made from heavy T&G boards covered in high quality heavy duty green mineral felt with an option for felt tiles, cedar shingles or for a slatted roof. The superb floor is also redwood meaning you can expect a very long life with these superb garden cabins.

Trentan 'Classic' Log Cabins Spec
Sizes: 10ft wide across the apex front (gable) and 10ft, 12ft, 14ft, 16ft and 17ft deep Log Cabins, but larger buildings may be made so please ask if you need any other size.
Internal Sizes:Deduct 290mm (11¼") from the quoted sizes to give the internal measurements for the standard log cabin, or alternatively please call.
Cladding:44mm double interlocking Logs. Redwood Deal, Douglas Fir, Thermowood or Cedar Cabins. All logs are from managed forests.
Style:Apex Style (or pent). Flexible in design i.e doors and window positions to suit. Pent Style can be less than 2.5m overall height to meet latest planning regulations.
Roofs:18mm (15mm finished thickness) T & G Timber Boards on heavy duty 125mm x 44mm roof purlins - covered with heavy duty 38kg green mineral felt. Option for felt tiles, cedar shingles or for a slatted roof. Superbly attractive 60cm (2ft) roof canopy on apex Log Cabins. About 200mm (8") overhang all round the other 3 sides. 30cm (12") overhang on pent front.
Floors:Extra Heavy Duty 18mm (15mm finished thickness) T & G Timber Boards on 65mm x 40mm tanalised bearers.
Doors:Joinery quality log cabin double doors - 1810mm (71¼") high by 1300mm (51") wide set in a solid frame using silver butt hinges with a silver handle and mortice lock. Also includes draft excluders and double glazed with toughened glass - for that extra attention to detail. Option for extra log cabin doors. Optional choice of Classic, Panoramic or Cottages style doors at no extra charge or upgrade to the Contemporary 3 doors sliding track system.
Windows:Two x 1010mm (39½") high x 1220mm (48") wide double joinery window sets. Set in sturdy frame using silver friction hinges and silver fasteners. Also includes draft excluders and double glazed with toughened glass. Option for extra log cabin windows. No charge option for Classic, Contemporary, Panoramic or Cottage style log cabins windows.
Height:Eaves height 2250mm (88½") eaves on all apex timber log cabins. Ridge height is 2800mm (110") on 3.2m apex cabins.
Treatment:Cabins are naturally untreated but can be optionally treated with Tikkurilla on redwood deal, Douglas Fir Log Cabins, Thermowood and Cedar Cabins. All logs are from managed forests.
Erection:Optional Assembly service available onto your solid and level concrete or paving slab base.
Delivery:Cost for delivery varies according to your location. Cost on above order form.
Alterations:It may be possible to make changes so please ask. If not sure please contact us for your personal quote
Optional Extras:Double Walls with Kingspan insulation to wall, floor and roof, extra doors and windows, felt or cedar shingles roof
Sizes:Unless specified as finished size then sizes quoted are before machining which reduces the size quoted by about 3mm.
