Diamond Timber Garden Buildings Brighton Leisure Summerhouse is a very special leisure building as it incorporates an attractive summerhouse roof overhang with scolloped fascia boards. There is also an option to have a very attractive summerhouse Bow window on the front to create a unique Garden Leisure Chalet Building. It comes as standard on 2x2 framing and sizes range from 12 x 6 right up to 16 x 12.

You get a lot of building for your money as the price includes, free treatment, assembly, a fully opening summerhouse window on each side and featuring black 'Antique-style' ironmongery. All these features makes for a very popular leisure garden building

Sizes: All summerhouses available in sizes from 12 x 6 up to a superb 20 x 12 Cladding: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) Redwood Deal T&G Shiplap. Option for Loglap Framing: Heavy duty vertical framing 48mm x 48mm. Thickness at the summerhouse corners when assembled approximately 70mm x 45mm. Roof: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G timber and covered with green mineral roofing felt. Floors up to 8 x 8: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards set on 2 x 2 pressure impreganated bearers. Floors 8 x 8 and over: Summerhouses 8' wide & 8' deep and over have a heavy duty ¾" V313 grade moisture resistant particular boarded floor set on 2 x 2 pressure impregnated bearers. Windows: Summerhouse joinery made with 3mm clear horticultural glass bedded in clear silicone. Opening summerhouse window on each wall is top hung with two t-hinges and has one 10" casement stay. Doors: Summerhouse joinery quality (1¾" thick) Georgian style double doors, on Georgian and Summerhouse joinery grade 2/3rd glazed doors on Classic and hung on black 'antique style' hinges, handles and mortice lock. Corner Strips: Wrap Round corner Strips for extra protection Nails: Rust resistant to prevent those ugly rust stains. Internal Eaves height: 6' 0½" on all summerbuildings, Internal Ridge height: 7' 11" on all summerbuildings.
