The Diamond Timber Garden Leisure Wilbye Summer Building is light and airy with fully glazed Georgian double doors and windows to the floor in the front. It has a 12 pane fully opening window in each summerhouse side and features black 'antique' style ironmongery. It is also very popular with a timber decked balcony added. Naturally all Wilbye Summer Houses are erected free of charge.

Sizes: Wilbye Summer Buildings available in sizes from 8 x 5 up to 20 x 12 Cladding: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) Redwood Deal T&G Shiplap. Option for Loglap Framing: Heavy duty vertical framing 48mm x 48mm. Thickness at the corners when assembled approximately 70mm x 45mm. Roof: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G timber and covered with green mineral roofing felt. Floors up to 8 x 8: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards set on 2 x 2 pressure impreganated bearers. Floors 8 x 8 and over: Wilbye Summer Buildings 8' wide & 8' deep and over have a heavy duty ¾" V313 grade moisture resistant particular boarded floor set on 2 x 2 pressure impreganated bearers. Windows: Joinery made Georgian windows down to floor on front. 12 pane Georgian opening window on each side. 3mm clear horticultural glass bedded in clear silicone. Corner Strips: Wrap around corner strips for extra protection.
