16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G timber (no chipboard, sterling board or OSB board) covered with 40kg green mineral roofing felt.
Floors
16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards set on timber joists at 30mm (12") centres.
Doors:
Fully Ledged and braced shed doors. Size: 180cm x 76m wide(70" x 30") on all models. Galvanised Ironmongery featuring 3 T hinges, two turn buttons and a Brenton Pad Bolt. Option for 3' and double doors.
Windows:
3mm Horticultural Glass windows or optional SECURITY windows. The number of windows will vary according to size of shed.
Height:
Lower Wall height 183cm (6') on all buildings. Minimum Higher Wall height is 200cm (78"")
Treatment:
All timber sheds are treated with Base Coat preservative. **
Unless specified as finished size then timber sizes quoted are before machining which reduces the size quoted by about 3mm. Overall sizes of sheds are nominal METRIC sizes which are slightly smaller than imperial.
Cladding:
Available in - 16mm (12mm finished thickness) Swedish Kiln Dried T&G Shiplap.
Framing:
50 x 50mm (2" x 2") as standard. Effectively thicker in corners when erected.
