The handsome high specification tiled garage roof - built using traditional felt and battens - utilizes the range of Marley plain tiles with traditional local finish and textures. Marley's top-quality roof tiles - designed to complement your home - are manufactured using the latest material and processes, and guaranteed for a minimum life of 50 years.

As befits a precast garage of this quality, the Windsor 35 garage features the full range of Red Cedarwood, galvanised steel and Regency steel garage doors. Naturally there's the option of 'Marleybrick' front garage posts, and four aggregate finishes. You can also specify your Windsor 35 concrete garage with a full width internal partition, an ideal separate work area or storage space.

External Sizes:	Widths 8' 7", 9' 11" and 11' 3" Lengths 16' 6", 17' 10", 19' 2", 20' 6", 21' 10", 23' 2", 24' 6" and to any length and in a range of models.
Walls:	Full height precast interlocking concrete panels finished in natural stone aggregate and reinforced with steel manufactured to British Standard 449, bolted together with rust resistant fixings. Garage panels have a choice of four aggregate or seven textured finishes.
Height:	7' 0" (2.133m) garage wall height. The ridge height varies according to the size of the building.
Construction:	Vertical Panel Concrete System
Roof:	Marley Interlocking garage roof tiles with a 50 year guarantee. The Windsor precast concrete garage has a superb 35 degree pitch on the roof.
Doors: (up and over)	Galvanised steel garage doors - horizontally swaged are standard on the Windsor concrete garage range with an option for vertically steel, regency, or cedar garage door. Personal garage doors also available as an option. Clear height of garage doors is 6' 3"
Windows:	Maintenance free aluminium garage window with opening fanlight included a standard. with option for extra fixed or opening garage window.
