Cladding:16mm (12mm finished thickness) Shiplap Fully Treated. Screwed construction.
Framing:2" x 2" cross braced as standard or optionally 3" x 2" quality timber. Thicker in corners.
Roofs:16mm (12mm finished thickness) on 4" x 1½" rafters and purlins covered with Heavy Duty Felt Shingle tiles (in range of styles & colours). Decorative finials and fascias.
Floors:16mm (12mm finished thickness) treated T&G boards on 47 x 47mm treated floor joists.
InsulationWalls & roof insulated with 40mm Jablite and then lined with 16mm (12mm finished thickness) pine T&G timber cladding.
ElectricsTwo Double Electric sockets, light and Consumer unit is fitted.
You will need a qualified electrician to connect from your house to the Consumer unit in your garden office..
Doors:Georgian style single glazed double doors with rim lock. Option for double glazing.
Windows:Georgian style with opening windows. Leaded window trims. Option for double glazing.
Style:Apex with covered porch.
Height:Eaves height 7' 0" eaves on all buildings. Ridge height is stupendous 12' 0" giving you option for Mezzanine floor area.
Treatment:All garden offices and home studios are fully painted in a range of colours. All buildings come with a 5 year anti rot warranty provided the building is re-treated annually
