Various options for the windows are also a feature in the Sussex as well as additional classic features which include a optional large full length verandah (approx 3' wide) area with light, an attractive felt shingle roof in a choice of colours & styles finished with decorative roof fascias and finials

Framing:2" x 2" cross braced as standard or optionally 3" x 2" quality timber. Thicker in corners.
Roofs:16mm (12mm finished thickness) on 4" x 1½" rafters and purlins covered with felt shingles in a range of colours.
Floors:16mm (12mm finished thickness) treated T&G boards on 47 x 47mm treated floor joists.
InsulationInsulated with 40mm Jablite and then lined with 16mm (12mm finished thickness) pine T&G timber cladding.
ElectricsTwo Double Electric sockets, light and Consumer unit is fitted.
You will need a qualified electrician to connect from your house to the Consumer unit in your garden office..
Doors:Choice of Plain or Georgian style single glazed double doors with security rim lock. Option for double glazing.
Windows:Choice of Plain or Georgian style with opening windows. Option for double glazing.
Style:Normally apex with optional verandah.
Height:Eaves height 8' 1" eaves on all buildings. Ridge height is superb 9' 10". Option for extra height.
Treatment:All garden offices and home workshops are fully painted with Sikkens treatment. All buildings come with a 5 year anti rot warranty provided the building is re-treated annually
Erection:FREE Erection onto your solid and level concrete or paving slab base.
Delivery:Free within 50 miles of Sussex. Please ask for other areas.
Alterations:Any size garden office or timber office building made with extra doors, windows or partitions. If not sure please contact us for your personal quote
Optional Extras:Decking & Verandah, Extra doors or windows, georgian windows, extra height, partitions, double glazing, 3x2 framing, bearers.
Sizes:Unless specified as finished size then sizes quoted are before machining which reduces the size quoted by about 3mm.
