Sizes:The Titan Garden Buildings Manor House Playhouse is available in sizes 8' x 5' or 8' x 6'
Height:The Manor House Playhouse is Internally a generous 65" at the low point, 70" at the high side rising to 80" at the ridge.
Cladding:Available in our attractive European or Scandinavian Redwood T&G Shiplap or Loglap
Timber Frame:-35 x 35mm prepared quality European or Scandinavian timber with bevelled corners. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints.
Roof:No chipboard or plywood. All solid timber. 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards covered with green mineral felt.
Floor:All solid timber - 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G matchboarding - with strengthening joists spaced at generous 12" centres.
Complete:The Manor House Playhouse is fitted with upper floor, safety rail and strong ladder.
Optional Extras:Stable playden door, Chimney, Window Boxes, Erection, Bearers with DPC
