The Trentan 10' x 18' (3.0m x 5.4m) Heavy Duty Sectional Workshops are produced using high quality pressure treated redwood deal timber on a more than substantial framework which is 45x70mm (2¾" x 1¾") as standard or an option for an incredible 45x90m (3¾" x 1¾"). The roofs are made from the highly rated Onduline roofing on top of 8mm OSB boarding. This gives an unique 15 years guarantee to the roof giving you long term peace of mind. The superb floor is also pressure treated using Tanalith. You can expect a very long life from your heavy duty workshop and is guaranteed for a superb 15 years against rot, this giving you peace of mind.

3.0m x 5.4m (10' x 18') Apex (Gable) Tanalised Workshops.
Height:
Eaves height 193cm (6ft 4in) eaves on all buildings. Ridge height on 2.4m (8ft) wide workshops is 241cm (7ft 11in), on workshops 3.0m (10ft) wide is 251cm (8ft 3in) and on workshops 3.6m (12ft) wide will be 256cm (8ft 5in). Option for extra height OR Less than 2.5m for planning issues.
Treatment:
All garden sheds and workshops are pressure treated using the renowned Tanalith treatment which give the cladding and timber a 15 year life. Cedar is treated with top quality preservative, instead.
Erection:
FREE Erection (Assembly) onto your solid and level concrete or paving slab base.
Delivery:
Cost for delivery varies according to your location.

Optional Extras:

Sizes:
Unless specified as finished size then timber sizes quoted are before machining which reduces the size quoted by about 3mm. Overall sizes of sheds are nominal METRIC sizes which are slightly smaller than imperial.
Cladding:
16mm (12mm finished thickness) shiplap OR 19mm (16mm finished thickness) T&G. (Redwood deal not cheaper whitewood). No further treatment required. Coach screwed construction. OR Further option for 12mm Cedar, 20mm Redwood deal Loglap or 20mm Thermowood claddings.
Framing:
70 x 45mm (2¾" x 1¾") as standard or optionally 90 x 45mm (3¾" x 1¾") tanalised quality timber. Thicker in corners.
Style:
11 different standard styles to suit. Bespoke Specials to suit if you need something different.
Apex Roofs:
Onduline roofing on top of 8mm OSB boarding. (no chipboard, sterling board, OSB board or sheet materials used for structural purposes) 15 years guarantee.
Pent Roofs:
PENT model roofs are pressure treated 16mm (12mm finish thickness) T&G timber boards covered with heavy duty mineral felt - NOT Onduline. (no chipboard, sterling board, OSB board or sheet materials)
Floors:
16mm (12mm finished thickness) pressure treated T&G boards on 47 x 47mm tanalised floor joists. NO chipboard, plywood, sterling board or sheet materials as these are unsuitable for outdoor use.
Door:
Tanalised ledged & braced box framed double doors 178cm high x 150cm wide (5ft 10in x 5ft). Fitted with swivel locking bar and heavy duty band hinges. Option for Joinery made double doors fitted with rim locks and handle.
Windows:
Joinery made with opening window.
