| Treatment: | These Cheshire Summerhouses are pressure treated using the renowned Tanalith treatment which give the buildings a 15 year life, before re-treating. Cedar is optionally treated with top quality preservative, instead. |
| Erection: | All our wooden summerbuildings are installed FREE of charge, provided you provide a solid level concrete or paving slab base or timber decked area, or possibly could be built on your timber bearers. Optionally, we have an option for building a timber subframe (some areas) for you. These summer houses are assembled using coach screws for ease of taking it down again if you decide to move. £1 per square feet discount for delivery only. |
| Insulation: | To make best use of these buildings as home offices or all round year summerhouses it is recommended that you line and insulate them, to keep them cool in summer and warmer in winter. We can, optionally, supply and fit insulation and lining. |
