Their range of Superior Garden Chalets and Summer Houses, with or without a veranda, are available in a large range of styles and are versatile and flexible enough to meet your precise requirements. All these garden sheds, timber workshops and storage buildings can be made to your size and the doors and windows can be positioned to suit.

This range of garden summer buildings are available with a large range of optional extras so you can have a bespoke leisure building to meet your requirements. Toughened glass is a safety feature on all Cranes Garden Chalets and timber Summer Houses.

Cladding:	19mm Redwood Deal Shiplap (not the cheaper whitewood)
Framing:	38 x 75mm prepared quality timber. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints.
Roofs:	19 x 125mm T&G timber (no chipboard, sterling board or OSB board) and covered with green mineral roofing felt. Option for full verandah.
Floors:	19 x 125mm T&G boards on 38 x 75mm tanalised floor joists set at no more than 450mm centres.
Door:	1 pair of 1200 x 1830mm glazed double doors. Fully fitted with a mortise lock and brass handles.
Windows:	4mm toughened glass with option for Georgian windows.
Height:	Eaves height 6' on all buildings. Extra height available.
Treatment:	Garden Chalets and timber summer buildings are treated inside and out in Barrentine Golden Brown presevative. Option for Sikkens (expected 5 year life span) or Vallti (expected 10 year life span) both in a range of colours.
Erection:	Erection onto your solid and level concrete or paving slab base is free.
Alterations:	Any size garden chalet or timber summer building made with extra doors, windows or partitions. If not sure please contact us for your personal quote

Nominal Sizes:	All shed sizes quoted are before machining which reduces the size quoted by about 3mm.
