This range of home offices is available with double glazed doors and windows and to ensure your home office stay cool in summer and warm in winter they offer a full lining and insulation service. All these buildings are of course suitable if you would like a little space away from the main hubble of the house to pursure your personal hobbies in peace.

| Cladding: | 19mm Redwood Deal Shiplap (not the cheaper whitewood) | ||
| Lining: | Option for Bitumen Breather paper, insulating and lining with plywood - or lined with matching board. | ||
| Framing: | 38 x 75mm prepared quality timber. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints. | ||
| Roofs: | 19 x 125mm T&G timber (no chipboard, sterling board or OSB board) and covered with green mineral roofing felt. | ||
| Floors: | 19 x 125mm T&G boards on 38 x 75mm tanalised floor joists set at no more than 450mm centres. | ||
| Door: | 1980 x 750mm half glazed joinery made door on all home offices. Optional double doors. Optional double glazing. | ||
| Windows: | Joinery made window frame including one fixed window and one opening which includes one top opening fanlight. All home garden office windows fitted as standard with toughened glass. Double glazed | ||
| Height: | Eaves height 6' 6" on all buildings, extra height, if required. | ||
| Treatment: | Home Offices are treated inside and out in Barrentine Golden Brown presevative. Option for Sikkens (expected 5 year life span) or Vallti (expected 10 year life span) both in a range of colours. | ||
