'Diamond' Euro Chalet Summerhouse
The Diamond Garden Leisure Buildings Eurochalet is a pleasantly appealing summer building with an overhang on the front chalet wall (approx 14 inches) . This chalet style is very popular on the European market. Constructed as a transverse summer building clad in Loglap instead of Shiplap.
This Chalet building comes complete with window box. The Eurochalet comes in sizes from 7 x 5 up to 12 x 8. Great value for money as the price includes, free exterior treatment, assembly, Georgian windows and window box. All these features give this summer building style.

- Sizes: The Euro Chalet is available in nine sizes from 7 x 5 up to 12 x 8
- Cladding: 19mm (15mm finished thickness) 100mm Redwood Deal T&G Loglap
- Framing: Heavy duty vertical framing 48mm x 48mm. Thickness at the corners of the chalet when assembled approximately 70mm x 45mm.
- Roof: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G timber and covered with green mineral roofing felt.
- Floors up to 8 x 8: 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards set on 2 x 2 pressure impreganated bearers.
- Floors 8 x 8 and over: Summer Euro Chalets Buildings 8' wide & 8' deep and over have a heavy duty ¾" V313 grade moisture resistant particular boarded floor set on 2 x 2 pressure impregnated bearers.
- Windows: Georgian Chalet joinery made with 3mm clear horticultural glass bedded in clear silicone. Window box included.
- Doors: Fully Ledged and braced (thickness of framing is 100mm x 38mm). The chalet door can be hung on left or right hand side (if specified at time of ordering). Size: 5' 8" x 2' 6" on all models. Supplied with a padbolt and two turn buckles.
- Corner Strips: Wrap around corner strips for extra protection.
- Lock: Rim Lock and Handle for security
- Treatment: Free Exterior Treatment
- Nails: Rust resistant to prevent those ugly rust stains.
