| The following notes are important to any transaction for the Garden Log Chalets |

FRONT x SIDE chalet measurements to outside faces of walls (not including cog projections at corners). These sizes are total floor sizes. Total roof width (including roof overhang at sides) and roof length (including roof overhang forward and at rear) can be found on relevent web pages. All buildings require a level concrete base to measurements and specification available from us. |

Access to site is important as your leisure chalet is undertaken by a heavy goods vehicle - normally in excess of 20' in length.Delivery to 'kerb side' ONLY in all cases and to any private house address in England (mainland) and Wales. If our sub-contractors install your log cabin - chalet - additional costs for travel and overnight expenses will arise for any installtion in Cornwall, Devon, Norfolk, and Scotland as well as most locations in West & South Wales. Exact costs will be quoted by them prior to the installation. All such additional charges are payable to them upon completed installation, i.e. before they leave your site.
If we 'delivery only' to site, you will be required to employ sufficent help to unload 'the kit' from the HGV as the entire chalet is shipped on one large pallet. Roof tiles and optional extras ordered are separate to that pallet.

Denotes COST of STAIN. i.e. sufficent for two coats - both internal and external to all exposed timber surfaces. If our sub-contractors install (erect) your chalet, ONE coat will be appled by them, leaving sufficent stain on site for you to apply the second coat within days after completed installation by them. If you install the garden chalet - log cabin - you should follow the same time table. |

Installation charges are those you have to pay to our sub-contractors immediately upon completed installation of your garden chalet, i.e. before they leave your site. These charges include:-
a) off-loading and positioning of components around your prepared base (max 2½ hours - 2 men),
b) complete erection/installation of the garden chalet and products ordered - including all roofing works and the application of one coat of stain (if ordered). |

Installed Goods:
The BUYER may NOT delay completion or payment of any sums falling due to be paid under this contract by reason of MINOR defects OR outstanding works of a MINOR nature which in either case can reasonably be dealt with after completion. Completion shall be WITHOUT PREJUDICE to the seller's (or their sub-contractors) obligation to deal with defects OR outstanding works as soon as reasonable AFTER completion. |
