Titan Garden Buildings 6' x 10' Summerhouse (Model TS2 - Georgian Option)

'Titan' Garden Buildings Summerhouse Model TS2 This Georgian Summerhouse model is exceptional in that it sits easily in any location; whether in a large garden or the smaller gardens associated with modern properties. The modern summerhouse styling has made it one of our most popular summer buildings this season. The attractive 2' roof chalet overhang comes as standard. The picture shows a 6' x 10' summerhouse model in Shiplap with standard Georgian Summerhouse glazing and doors.

Sizes:	Summer Houses are available in any size from 6' x 6' up to 10' x 14' is possible. Larger sizes are available to our Sectional Building specification.
Height:	Internally, Summer House eaves are 5' 10" rising to 6'8" at the ridge on buildings up to 9' in width, 7'1" at ridge on larger summer buildings. Extra height available.
Cladding:	Available in our attractive European or Scandinavian Redwood T&G Shiplap or Loglap
Timber Frame:-	35 x 35mm prepared quality European or Scandinavian timber with bevelled corners. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints. Option for 47 x 47mm framing.
Roof:-	No chipboard or plywood. All solid timber. 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards covered with green mineral felt. Summer buildings with a roof size of 8' and over in depth come complete with solid roof beams or trusses.
Roof Overhang:	Price include 2' chalet roof overhang.
Floor:	All solid Scandinavian or European timber - 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G matchboarding - with strengthening joists spaced at generous 12" centres.
Windows:	All windows are georgian joinery made Georgian windows. On the front there will be two fixed Georgian windows and on either side there will be an Georgian opening window.
Doors:	Comes as standard with Georgian joinery doors. Please note that all georgian doors come complete with their own door frame so that the doors are not just screwed directly onto the building, like some other summer buildings. They are complete with 3 Antique style hinges on each summerbuildings door, they have Antique style handles and have a mortice lock for security. All Georgian doors are properly made joinery grade.
Double Doors:	Georgian double doors are standard on all summer buildings 9' and over in width.
Optional Extras:	Extra Height, Extra Georgian doors or windows, Window boxes, Red or Heavy Duty roofing felt, Erection or Bearers with DPC
Timber Sizes:	All summer buildings timber sizes are actual - after machining. Beware of other sheds with before machining measurements. Always check.
