This unique timber garden building was constructed for use as a garden home office. If you look carefully, you will notice that there are in fact two sets of Georgian doors. This is because there is a partition allowing for both the main garden office plus a separate adjoining work room. Another unusual feature of this bespoke building is the offset ridge and a 2' chalet roof overhang to the front.

If space is at a premium, or you do not wish to have two timber garden buildings in your garden, this clever timber building could be the answer. The customer who ordered it had originally come to us looking for a standard garden storage shed, but on seeing our playhouses, his children decided that they wanted a play house of their own and after much pestering, they decided to combine the two! The addition of a partition and an extra garden shed door accomplished this without any problems.

It is very easy to get an indication of cost of your bespoke timber building by using the following format, however, we are always happy to talk through your plans to ensure that you receive the timber leisure building that YOU would like. Decide what size you would like your leisure building to be. This garden building must be rectangular or square. It is possible to have special sizes made i.e 8' 9" x 12' 3" etc. You would take the next higher size to determine the price. n.b. even if the size you want is not on the price list, provided your proposed timber building is less than 30' x 14' then we can make this for you.
Decide what type of Redwood cladding you would like. Have a look here for explaination of different claddings.
Decide whether you would like an apex (pointed roof) or pent (flat roof with 1 slope) building roof.
Look on sectional price list and obtain price for basic timber building.
Does your building need any extra height? Add 5% to the basic garden building price for each extra 5" in height you would like
Would you like a timber floor in your leisure building? Add 15% to the basic timber building price for a solid timber floor.
If you would like the garden shed size framing (35 x 35mm) instead of sectional building size framing (47 x 47mm) deduct 15% from the basic garden building price.
The basic timber building would come with a single solid shed door and as many, or as few, fixed standard (24" x 18" wide") windows as you would like. If you would like joinery doors (solid or Georgian) or opening windows then look on this page and choose the number and type of doors and windows you would like.
If you would like a partition across the shorter dimension of your timber garden building this would add 10% to the basic garden building price. If you have a partition decide if you would like a shed door in this and add the cost of this from the list of options or the joinery page
