| Height: | A generous internal 55" at the playhouse eaves rising to 65" at the ridge. |
| Cladding: | Available in our attractive European or Scandinavian Redwood T&G Shiplap or Loglap |
| Timber Frame:- | 35 x 35mm prepared quality European or Scandinavian timber with bevelled corners. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints. |
| Roof: | No chipboard or plywood. All solid timber. 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G boards covered with green mineral felt. |
| Floor: | All solid timber - 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G matchboarding - with strengthening joists spaced at generous 12" centres. |
| Complete: | The Cottage playhouse comes complete with chimney and window boxes. |
