Constructed on heavy duty framing and clad in a choice of quality softwood claddings, each office building is tailor made to your requirements. Other, cheaper, options include their superb Summer House range which can be complete with roof overhangs or verandah to make these home offices very attractive and well as functional. |

It is very easy to get an indication of cost for these home offices by using the following format, however, we are always happy to talk through your plans to ensure that you receive the home office to suit YOUR needs. Just send your requirements on our enquiry form or ring on (01932) 880864 or fax us on (01932) 885197 and speak to Robin Antill.
- Decide what size you would like the home office building to be. It must be rectangular or square. It is possible to have special sizes made i.e 8' 9" x 12' 3" etc. You would take the next higher size to determine the price. n.b. even if the size you want is not on the price list, provided your proposed home office is less than 36' x 14' then we can make this for you.
- Decide what type of Redwood cladding you would like. Have a look here for explaination of different claddings.
- Decide whether you would like an apex (pointed roof) or pent (flat roof with 1 slope) roof.
- Look on sectional price list and obtain price for basic sectional building.
- Do you need any extra height? Add 5% to the basic building price for each extra 5" in height you would like
- Would you like a timber floor? Add 15% to the basic building price for a solid timber floor.
- If you would like the shed size framing (1½" x 1½") instead of sectional building size framing (2" x 2") deduct 15% from the basic building price.
- These home offices would come with a single solid shed door, as standard, and as many, or as few, fixed standard (24" x 18" wide") windows as you would like. if you would like joinery doors or opening windows then look on this page and choose the number and type of doors and windows you would like.
- If you would like a partition across your home office this would add £2 per square foot. If you have a partition decide if you would like a door in this and add the cost of this from the list of options or the joinery page
- Decide if you would like us to erect it for you and note the cost.
