| Sizes: | These redwood timber sectional buildings are available in any size from 12' x 8' up to 30' x 14'. Specials - contact our technical department. |
| Height: | Depending on the actual size of the unit, eaves height is between 5' 10" and 6'3" and ridge height is between 6'8" and 7'6". extra height is available if required. |
| Cladding: | Sectional Buildings are available in our extra strong and attractive Redwood (not the cheaper whitewood) Loglap, superb Shiplap or Featheredge. |
| Timber Frame: | Heavy duty 47 x 47mm prepared quality timber with bevelled corners. This is doubled up in the corners and at all joints. |
| Roof: | All solid timber - Shiplap & Loglap buildings are 16mm (12mm finished thickness) T&G matchboarding which are covered with a heavy duty 38kg green mineral felt. We do not use the inferior low cost Onduline sheeting, chipboard or plywood which is widely used by our competitors in a bid to cut costs. All sectional buildings come complete with solid roof beams or trusses. |

By individually designing and constructing every single sectional building, Titan are able to offer you a degree of flexibility not usually available elsewhere. Titan are able to say that "if you are unable to locate a suitable building from our standard sectional building range, we will build to your exact specification." Indeed, our range of sectional buildings is limited only by our customers imagination. Obviously, each individual sectional building will require an individual quotation.

It is very easy to get an indication of cost by using the following format, however, we are always happy to talk through your plans to ensure that you receive the building that YOU would like. Just send us an e-mail or ring on (01932) 880864 or fax us on (01932) 885197.
- Decide what size you would like the building to be. It must be rectangular or square. It is possible to have special sizes made i.e 8' 9" x 12' 3" etc. You would take the next higher size to determine the price. n.b. even if the size you want is not on the price list, provided your proposed building is less than 30' x 14' then we can make this for you.
- Decide what type of Redwood cladding you would like. Have a look here for explaination of different claddings.
- Decide whether you would like an apex (pointed roof) or pent (flat roof with 1 slope) roof.
- Look on sectional price list and obtain price for basic building.
- Do you need any extra height? Add 5% to the basic building price for each extra 5" in height you would like
- Would you like a timber floor? Add 15% to the basic building price for a solid timber floor.
- If you would like the shed size framing (1½" x 1½") instead of sectional building size framing (2" x 2") deduct 15% from the basic building price.
- The building would come with a single solid shed door and as many, or as few, fixed standard (24" x 18" wide") windows as you would like. If you would like joinery doors or opening windows then look on this page and choose the number and type of doors and windows you would like.
- If you would like a partition across the shorter dimension of your building this would add £2 per square foot. If you have a partition decide if you would like a door in this and add the cost of this from the list of options or the joinery page
- Decide if you would like us to erect it for you and note the cost.
