The Trent range of timber Home Offices and Garden Studios are produced using high quality pressure treated redwood deal timber on a more than substantial framework which is 70x45mm (2¾" x 1¾") as standard or with with option of an incredible 90x45m (3¾" x 1¾"). The roofs are made from the highly rated Onduline roofing on top of 8mm OSB boarding. This gives an unique 15 years guarantee to the roof giving you long term peace of mind. The superb floor is also pressure treated using Tanalith. You can expect a very long life for your heavy duty workshop and the expected life span using Tanalith pressure treated timber is 15 years plus.

With a range of standard sizes, from 8x8 up to 14x20 (larger sizes available) and the option to make changes to the standard timber heavy duty buildings you can be assured these buildings will meet your long term needs. Cladding:	16mm (12mm finished thickness) shiplap OR 19mm (16mm finished thickness) T&G. (Redwood deal not the cheaper whitewood). No further treatment required. Coach screwed construction. OR Further option for 12mm Cedar cladding.
Framing:	70 x 45mm (2¾" x 1¾") tanalised quality timber with diagonal corner braces. Thicker in corners. Option for 3¾" x 1¾" framing.
Style:	Normally apex.
Roofs:	16mm (12mm finished thickness) pressure treated T&G timber (no chipboard, sterling board or OSB board) and covered with 38kg green mineral roofing felt. OR lined with plywood and covered with black or green Onduline roofing.
Floors:	16mm (12mm finished thickness) pressure treated T&G boards on 47 x 47mm tanalised floor joists.
Doors:	Tanalised Georgian double doors 5' 10" x 3' 8" wide. Joinery made fitted with mortice lock and antique black fittings
Windows:	Georgian joinery made with opening windows included as standard. Number varies with size of home office. Option for extra.
