The roofs are made from the highly rated Onduline roofing on top of 8mm OSB boarding. This gives an unique 15 years guarantee to the roof giving you long term peace of mind. You can expect a very long life for your heavy duty timber garage and the expected life span using Tanalith pressure treated timber is 15 years plus.

Cladding:	16mm (13mm finished thickness) shiplap OR 19mm (16mm finished thickness) T&G. (Redwood deal not the cheaper whitewood). No further treatment required against rotting. Coach screwed construction. OR Further option for 12mm Cedar cladding.
Framing:	90 x 45mm (3¾" x 1¾") as standard, tanalised quality timber, at 600m centres. Thicker in corners.
Style:	Normally apex.
Roofs:	Onduline roofing on top of 8mm OSB boarding. 15 years guarantee.
Doors:	Tanalised ledged and braced double doors 6½' high x 7' wide. Joinery made fitted with heavy duty hook and band hinges and rim locks. Also, with windows in doors, 'Up and Over' steel doors, or 'Up and Over' steel doors infilled with timber.
Windows:	Joinery made with opening windows.
