These 'Tessine' timber garden chalets have an 'Alpine' style to them and are made from sturdy 28mm interlocking Nordic timber log boards. The garden chalets are 300cm (9' 10") wide and have a single (alpine) door and (alpine) double windows.

Option for roof overhang and, or, verandah. The log boards are tongue and grooved for added strength and compliment the style and design of this leisure chalet.

Sizes:	These garden chalets are available in 2 sizes 300cm (wide) x 250cm (deep) and 300cm x 300cm (9' 10" x 8' 2" and 9' 10" x 9' 10")
Cladding:	28mm Nordic Pine T & G interlocking boards.
Framing:	All boards interlock in to each other and are secured with adjustable tie rods with connect the roof to the bottom wall logs.
Internal Height:	Eaves height: 203cm (6' 8") Ridge height: 255cm (8' 4")
Doors:	Alpine (shaped) top glazed single door 82cm wide x 174cm high (32" x 5' 8½"). Doors include all furniture, window and cylinder lock, including 3 keys.
Windows:	Double alpine window approx 90cm x 90cm (35" x 35") external opening outwards.
Roofs:	19mm planed tongued and grooved roof boards, includes roofer's felt and bituminous roof tiles. Roof overhang is 35cm at the sides and 10cm at the rear. Complete with robust 45mm x 146cm barge boards.
Floors:	19mm planed tongued and grooved roof boards on solid pressure impregnated 50mm x 75mm floor bearers
Assembly:	Detailed, illustrated step-by-step assembly instructions and all hardware are included, for all timber garden chalets. Alternatively, we can erect your new log chalet for you at a small extra charge.
Warranty:	5 year warranty by 'Weka' and all garden chalets meet the TÚV standard.
