Feedback: Very happy with the flexible attitude of the company. I initially ordered a 12' x 4' shed but decided at the last minute to change it to 12' x 3' 8" to ensure it would fit. Good sturdy shed, customised with 2 non-opening windows and two doors as requested. Installers were friendly and efficient. Very satisfied.
Response: Thanks for your feedback and I'm pleased we able to help with the change of size of your new garden shed. That's the beauty of being a small family business so we can change things quickly rather than being a large PLC juggernaut type of garden building company who would find it tricky. And we can also offer great flexibility in design to suit you, the customer. Thanks again. Regards Robin
An award given for helping people with mental disorders was given to an Oxfordshire garden. The garden, run by Restore, Beehive Garden in east Oxford offers therapeutic help to people who are mentally ill. Restore is an Oxfordshire charity that supports people with mental health issues and their services include coaching, recovery groups, sport and activity groups.
This was the second time it had picked up the Oxfordshire award 'Oxford in Blood Community Garden Therapy Award' (does not exactly trip of the tongue does it - but a superb award anyway) according to the Oxford Mail.
The garden supervisor, Charlotte Attlee (don't know if she is related to the great Clement Attlee) told the Oxford Mail that her charity was 'thrilled' with their second win of this superb prize. She went on to say that the 'garden is a fantastic place for people to relax in and one of the highlights is the courtyard garden where most of their herbs are grown'.
There is also a cafe in the garden. In this garden herbs are grown which are used in the cafe which is a great use of resources. I would expect the garden shed to be used for storage of gardening implements and other essentials in the gardens.
In Torbay the final of Britain in Bloom was held and Falkirk in Scotland was named the 'Champion of Champions' which also covered special gardens. I suspect that garden sheds also were present in these environments. Other worthy winners were Birmingham City Centre in the Urban Community category and Stockton-on-Tees for the City Section. It's great that these outdoors spaces and Bourne End are celebrated.
