The 'Chelmsford' chalet is a delightful building where you can enjoy your garden with your family on those warm summer days. With a choice of sizes there should be one that fits in your garden. This building is enhanced with its 6 pane Georgian door with black antique hinges and handle. Also included are a 4 pane Georgian window on the front and side allowing air to flow through improving the environment. Adding to the appearance is a 1ft roof overhang which adds further charm to the building or you can choose from a 2ft 6in or 4ft balcony.
These 'Chelmsford' Summer Chalets being clad in redwood deal T&G SHIPLAP for long life and not the cheap and less durable cheap whitewood normally found on other internet sites adds to the durability of the building. The sturdy internal vertical framing is 50mm x 38mm (nominal) ensuring that the building will stand up to the worse that 'Mother Nature' can throw at it. 'Solid' T&G timber boards are used on the roof and floor and NOT the unsuitable chipboard, OSB or 'sheet' materials used on the 'cheap' summerhouses available elsewhere. Also for the safety or your family toughened glass is used as standard rather than the potentially dangerous horticultural glass used on cheap summer chalets.
The Sapphire 'Chelmsford' Summer Room will be erected for you free of charge giving you the confidence that it has been erected correctly. This is important for the durability of these buildings. Where you could save a few pounds elsewhere why take the risk with this important job? Just sit back and let our experts take care of it. That's got to be good.
Our summer chalet display site, which is conveniently located just off the M25 near Guildford, is open for viewing. And there are normally at least 2 or 3 examples of the Sapphire summer buildings on display. We believe you should be able to view the quality of our buildings and not just rely on a brochure or computer screen) UNLIKE most of our chalet competitors who DON'T give you the opportunity to view at all.
After starting in 1979 our background in summerhouse manufacturing gives us the know how about the quality of materials which should be used. Our Ethos is 'Make to a Standard - NOT down to a price'.
