The sturdy internal vertical framing is 50mm x 38mm (nominal) framework ensuring that the building will stand up to the worse that 'Mother Nature' can throw at it. T&G timber boards (THE proper option) are used on the floor & roof rather than the unsuitable chipboard, OSB or 'sheet' materials used on the 'cheaper' summerhouses available elsewhere. |Assembly:||All our 'Dorchester' apex wooden summerhouses are assembled FREE of charge, provided you provide a solid level concrete or paving slab base or timber decked area, or possibly could be built on your timber bearers. Optionally, we have an option for building a timber subframe for you. These summer houses are assembled using coach screws for ease of taking it down again if you decide to move. You need to allow, ideally 150mm (6") all around for the roof overhang.|
