The 'Rochester' summerhouse with its compact design can sit neatly in your garden and with its style this traditional building is a great place to relax. Enhancing its appearance are the arched top doors and windows which add a charm to this building. The half glazed wooden doors with attractive black antique hinges allows light to flood in making a pleasure to be inside. Adding to the appearance is a 1ft roof overhang which adds further charm to the building>
These 'Rochester' Summer Houses are clad in redwood deal T&G SHIPLAP for long life, none of the cheap and less durable cheap whitewood normally found on other internet sites. There's a sturdy internal vertical 50mm x 38mm (nominal) framework. This ensures the building will stand up to the worse that 'Mother Nature' can throw at it. 'Proper' T&G timber boards is used on the floor and roof rather than the unsuitable chipboard, OSB or 'sheet' materials used on the 'cheaper' summerhouses available elsewhere. Also for safety toughened glass is used as standard rather than the potentially dangerous horticultural glass used on cheaper summer rooms.
The Sapphire 'Rochester' Summer Room will be installed for you free of charge. This will give you the confidence that it has been erected correctly.
