With these Capital Steel Buildings in addition to the default standard steel profile, there is a range of claddings to enable you to customise your steel building to suit your needs. Also, there is a choice of steel composite cladding with 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm and 120mm insulation and also an option for anti-condensation protection for the roof.Or, if you really want, your new steel building can have different cladding and different colours – at the end of the day it’s YOUR choice. Always remember, you are the customer and we will provide you with your ‘1st Choice’.

Our Capital Steel light industrial buildings are available in every size, every width (up to 20 metres), every length and height (normally up to 6m) available so all buildings are made to suit your exact requirements. This flexibility means it’s not really possible to provide a fixed steel building price list for every size as there are just too many variables.
If you then add in the location of where the building will be built then that adds in another complication. e.g. a building on the North East coast or Outer Hebrides will need to be far stronger than the same building in the centre of England so all buildings are made to withstand the expected wind and weather conditions in that location.
So we have created the following guidelines to give you a ‘ball park’ figure of certain sizes as a starting point. This is not quite a steel frame building cost estimator for UK buildings but it should give you an idea of what to expect.
