This concrete garage has an apex (peaked) roof. The walls are solid, reinforced concrete panels that slot together, forming a strong structure that won’t warp or rot like timber and feels sturdier than thin metal garages.
The gently peaked roof slopes to a central ridge, letting rain run off either side. The deluxe version features fibre cement roof panels and PVCu fascias instead of timber, so there’s no need to paint or stain them.
At the front, there’s a dark up-and-over garage door matching the anthracite PVCu trim. A separate steel side door provides access without opening the main door, and a side window brings in natural light.
It includes gutters, downpipes, and a sand-and-cement fillet at the base where the panels meet. Delivery and installation are usually included on the mainland. The garage has a 10-year structural guarantee.
