A prefabricated concrete garage is delivered as factory-made components and assembled on your prepared base. Its walls consist of individual precast concrete sections, with the specified roof, doors and other components fitted during erection.
“Prefab” describes the construction method; it does not identify the material. A concrete sectional garage is one type of prefabricated garage.
A correctly specified and installed sectional concrete garage can provide practical vehicle storage, workshop space or household storage. Concrete walls do not need timber preservative treatment, although roofs, doors and other components still require care.

Start with available space and the dimensions of your vehicles. Allow for opening car doors, walking around the vehicle, shelving and access through a personnel door.
Use the garage’s internal dimensions and clear entrance opening when planning. External sizes alone do not show whether your vehicle and storage will fit comfortably. Check the driveway approach and space required to operate the garage door too.
