| Cladding: | These Deco deluxe pent. (mono-pitch or single slope) buildings are made from solid concrete panels (spar type). There is an option for other claddings such as brick effect (in 4 colours), stone (Cotswold or Pennine) or in a textured finish. |

- Does a garage slab need footings?All our buildings need a concrete base. The base for your garage should be 6 inches (152mm) wider and longer than the building’s external size. Make sure the base is flat, level, and square. You can do this by using shuttering and a level board to smooth the concrete as you pour it. Normally the Pent and Pent Deluxe garage ranges will have corrugated galvanised steel roof with anti-condensation treatment.
