The Diamond Supreme timber Dutch Barn is the perfect addition to your garden. This will enable you to store all your various bit and pieces away until needed and protect them from the weather. This frees your home from clutter and allows it to be used to the maximum for every day leisure use. Stoutly made and with the rear storage platform will give you extra storage space.
There are many companies offering a range of wooden dutch barns on the ‘web’ and possibly in your local garden centre with a large range of prices. Like most things, we would the best price so naturally look at the cheapest. This is not always a good policy, certainly where timber dutch barns are concerned. The cheaper buildings are nearly certainly going to be made from whitewood rather than the more resilient redwood deal. It’s very likely that the floor and roof will be made from chipboard type materials. Check how tall the building is and how thin the timber is. This is why you need to do some homework before committing yourself. Take a look on this page for advice on what to look out for – you won’t regret it. And you will nearly always find that the cheap dutch barn is not the best value.

The cheaper buildings are nearly certainly going to be made from whitewood rather than the more resilient redwood deal. It’s very likely that the floor and roof will be made from chipboard type materials. Check how tall the shed is and how thin the timber is. The cheaper dutch barns may seem attractive but there is no substitute for quality. These Diamond Supreme Dutch Barns are made from high-quality redwood deal T&G cladding fixed to a solid internal frame. All the cladding on the walls and roof are made from solid T&G timber to give the most strength to these buildings. All timber is sourced from renewable sources as the impact of the environment is vital to all of us. The use of inadequate ‘sheet materials’ such as chipboard, OSB board and other cheap materials have no place in a quality Dutch Barn and in the long run, can have a large impact on our world.
Some Dutch Barn companies try to keep the costs down by using OSB board etc. on their buildings. However, it’s vitally important that ‘proper’ timber and materials are used throughout. On these Diamond Supreme Dutch Barns you will enjoy the benefits of a solid T&G walls and roof. This is vitally important as there are two of the areas most at risk on a shed. Combined with the heavy-duty ¾” v313 grade moisture resistant particular boarded floor you can be sure these barns will stand the test of time and protect all your valuables from all our fickle British weather will throw at it.
As standard all these wooden Dutch Barns are assembled for you free of charge ensuring they are built correctly. More importantly, it saves you time and effort, which you can spend enjoying things. Other Dutch Barn companies might say it’s ‘a doddle’ to build a barn in your garden – buy why take the risk. You will know that it has been assembled correctly and the roofing felt has been put on right. This will give you great peace of mind.
Many garden shed companies offer their products without an opportunity to view. All you have to go on is a flashy web site or maybe a glossy brochure. There’s no substitute for seeing a garden building ‘in the flesh’ so to speak. Whilst we don’t have a Dutch Barn on display, you can view other Diamond garden buildings so you can see the general quality. By examining our garden buildings at our garden shed display site, conveniently located just off the M25 near Guildford, you can be reassured of the general quality of the Diamond range and will meet your needs. Even more ‘peace of mind’ and we all need that these days.
These Diamond wooden Supreme Dutch Barns are made by a progressive and forward-thinking company. Behind their beliefs is their interest in environmental issues. Current Delivery Times:- This is variable depending on model but, due to unprecedented demand for this range and limits on raw materials following the lockdown, lead time is generally around 14-16 weeks on the Diamond range. Don’t be misled by other companies quoting 10 days delivery, 15 days delivery, 20 days delivery etc. When days are mentioned in deliveries they usually relate to ‘working days’. This means 10 days = two weeks, 15 days = three weeks and 20 days – four weeks not quite the same as you might have expected.
