| Size: | These Humber long ridge apex garden cabin are available in sizes from 12×8 right up to 18×16 (3.4 x 2.2m – 5.2 x 4.6m). Apex, gable or ‘A’ Shaped roofed Log Cabin Style. |
| Cladding: | Top quality Scandinavian 44mm interlocking logs are used. The profile has been designed to provide wind-tight connections and to ensure a superior resistance against wind and are 44mm thick and slot into each other. Untreated. Kiln dried timber from sustainable sources. |
| Doors: | UPVC double glazed double doors are supplied as standard and these are Anthracite grey externally and white internally. These can be positioned to suit your preference and can go in the centre (on cabins 4.6m and over), or to the left or to the right. A further enhancement is a aluminum low level door threshold which protects against tripping. |
| Roofs: | Solid 19mm thick T&G boards supported on 145mm roof purlins are used on the roof and provide a very strong roof. Supplied with EPDM rubber felt which has a 50 year life expectancy. Also included is a gutter edge drip plate to ensure that water runs away from the side of the building. A roller and adhesive is supplied as standard |
| Floors: | 19mm thick T&G untreated boards used on these floors. No chipboard, OSB or other cheap sheet materials used on the floor, unlike some other cabin UK suppliers. Solid floor bearers are included and are pressure treated for long life as standard. |
| Windows: | As standard, all buildings will boast one pair of doors and two windows. On the larger buildings 4.6m wide and over there will be an additional window making three in total. Also, on the larger Dartford cabin you can position the doors in the middle, if you choose. All windows are UPVC double glazed opening windows as standard. Colour is Anthracite grey externally and white internally. These are ’tilt and turn’ so can be opened in two different ways. Double glazed as standard NOT single glazed. |

| Ridge Height: | Height. 2386mm internally and 2485 externally. Crucially UNDER 2.5m tall for planning. |
| Fixings: | All required fixings (screws, nails etc) are included. |
| Treatment: | All wooden cabins are supplied untreated. |
| Assembly: | These cabins are supplied in kit form for self assembly. Full instructions and installation video. These cabins are assembled by interlocking the panels for ease of taking it down again if you decide to move. |
| Delivery: | Delivery is free of charge to all mainland UK post codes. The cabin will be delivered kerb side on a 26 tonne HIAB vehicle, using a crane which is positioned on the vehicle, behind the cab. Due to the nature of the product, it is unlikely Humber will be able to deliver the log cabin on anything smaller. If access is an issue, delivery will take place as close as the vehicle can get, but you may have to take it the rest of the way |
