The Trent range of timber Heavy Duty Workshops are produced using high quality pressure treated redwood deal timber on a more than substantial framework which is 45x70mm (2¾" x 1¾") as standard or an option for an incredible 45x90m (3¾" x 1¾"). The roofs are also Tanalised pressure treated with an option for a plywood roof covered with Onduline sheets for a small extra charge. The optional floor is also pressure treated using Tanalith. You can expect a very long life for your heavy duty workshop and the expected life span using Tanalith pressure treated timber is 15 years plus.

Cladding:	16mm (12mm finished thickness) rebated shiplap OR 22mm (19mm finished thickness) T&G Loglap. (Redwood deal not the cheaper whitewood). No further treatment required. Coach screwed construction.
Framing:	70 x 45mm (2¾" x 1¾") as standard or optionally 90 x 45mm (3¾" x 1¾") tanalised quality timber. Thicker in corners.
Style:	Normally apex but ask about pent styles.
Roofs:	16mm (12mm finished thickness) pressure treated T&G timber (no chipboard, sterling board or OSB board) and covered with green mineral roofing felt. OR lined with plywood and covered with black or green Onduline roofing.
Floors:	Optional - 10% extra - 16mm (12mm finished thickness) pressure treated T&G boards on 47 x 47mm tanalised floor joists.
Door:	Tanalised ledged and braced double doors 6' x 5' wide. Joinery made fitted with heavy duty hook and band hinges and rim locks.
Windows:	Joinery made with opening windows.
