Diamond Chichester Pent Shed
A versatile range of good quality garden sheds which are individually hand-built to a generous specification by craftsmen with a keen eye on build quality. We recognise that every garden and storage requirement is unique therefore a wide range of options are available and we are proud to offer a made to measure service allowing you to move doors and windows to suit (usually at no additional cost). All prices will include for free delivery and installation atop your prepared level and accessible base making your life as easy as possible. The Diamond Chichester Classic pent sheds will enhance your home and garden and free up space inside your house for everyday living. By storing all your ‘bits and pieces’ in it they can be protected from our British weather. This also allows extra room inside allowing you to enjoy your home to the fullest. You will find these Classic traditional garden buildings will look ‘the part’ in your garden and are available in four different styles to suit your needs.

When buying a shed it’s important that you buy one which will suit you and your garden so rather than compromising we offer a very large range of styles which should suit all situations. However, if our standard styles of sheds don’t fit YOUR bill please let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate you. After all it is YOUR new garden building so you should call the shots, so to speak.

Current Delivery Times:- This is variable depending on model but lead time is generally around 3-5 weeks on the Diamond range within the green delivery areas. These times may be slightly extended if you are in the yellow or orange areas. Don’t be misled by other companies quoting 10 days delivery, 15 days delivery, 20 days delivery etc. When days are mentioned in deliveries they usually relate to ‘working days’. This means 10 days = two weeks, 15 days = three weeks and 20 days – four weeks not quite the same as you might have expected.

WALLS
Sturdy 47mm x 47mm (45mm x 45mm finished) vertical framework clad with your choice of:
• 16mm (12mm finished) T&G Shiplap
• 19mm (15mm finished) T&G Loglap
FLOOR
16mm (12mm finished) T&G on 47mm x 47mm pressure treated floor joists with an option to upgrade to a heavy duty 18mm Caberboard floor. All buildings over 2.4m (8’) in both directions – eg 2.4m x 2.4m (8’ x 8’) but not 2.7m x 2.1m (9’ x 7’) – are upgraded to 18mm Caberboard as standard.
ROOF
16mm (12mm finished) T&G matchboard on sturdy roof purlins and covered with a heavy duty polyester based roofing felt. On apex models we offer an option of cedar shingles or long-life felt tiles if you prefer something a little more decorative.
HEIGHTS
There is a generous internal eaves height of 1.82m (6’) raising to an internal ridge height. All pent roof models feature an internal height to the high wall of 2.06m (6’ 9”).
All external roof heights – up to 3.6m (12’) gable – comply with the 2.5m maximum height restriction imposed when erecting a building under Permitted Development.
DOORS
All buildings feature a 0.76m (2’ 6”) wide box framed single personal door which is fitted with a mortice lock. There is an option of switching this for a half glass door, stable door, wider door or a pair of double doors.
WINDOWS
There is a choice of four window styles: Classic (larger panes with at least one opening sash), Georgian (small square panes – all fixed), Security (short high-level ‘pillar box’ style) or alternatively the building can be supplied without windows. The precise number of panes will vary depending upon the exact building size and door/window configuration. All glass is toughened for safety.
