We are sorry to hear that there has been an issue with your building.  We do try out best to get things right every time however things do go wrong from time to time.  In order to expedite any remedial works we ask you to complete the following form and upload some photos of the area of concern and we will get this information directly to the relevant person.  If your building is under warranty (you will be guided on warranty timeframes as you complete the form) then we will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible however your patience is appreciated.  If your building is outside of its warranty period then we will ask the relevant person to discuss the options with you.
