The secret of Nordic timber is well known by the Swedish and is used extensively in their country. The natural slow growing nature of this timber makes it ideal for our multi room log cabins - as it's both stable and strong. The 'Dunsfold' cabin being made from this great natural material benefits from this and helps to enable a long life for your new cabin. The delightful contemporary design of this 'Dunsfold' cabin ensures its modern looking building is an asset for your garden. The large glass windows and delightful porch area adds to its charm. We always remember it's your cabin and should reflect your requirements.
Soundly built using Nordic timber these 'Dunsfold' garden log cabins are made with the right materials and in the correct way. A different view is to try to made cabins DOWN to a price and this practice is followed by some manufacturers but this is never a good long term policy. Ultimately you want your new log cabin to last and, as importantly, to look good for the foreseeable future - the saving of a few hundred pounds might not look so good in a few years time if cheap chipboard, OSB board or other sheet materials are used as this can compromise your new building. The quality of materials used should flow through from the carcass of the building into all the fittings as well. Windows which are double glazed using proper glass (NOT plastic) should be standard. All timber should be (very importantly) from sustainable sources and properly kiln dried.
Optionally this superb 'Dunsfold' multi room log cabin can be assembled for you by a third party saving you time and effort. Your new cabin will be up very quickly, and importantly correctly, as they do this on a regular basis. Having said that it's possible for you to assemble these buildings as everything is done to make it straightforward. The 'Dunsfold' log cabins are initially assembled at the factory before being flat pack and shipped to you. All parts are bar coded for ease of access and by following the log cabin guide line can be erected efficiently. The secret is to take you time and work through each step one at a time. Having said that these cabins are a little more involved than a standard log cabin due to the multi cabin.
There's a large array of luxury log cabins to buy available on the 'internet' however it can be hard to know what the quality is like. This is why it's recommended to view at least some of these log cabins made by the manufacturer. We do have a log cabins UK display area where you can view garden cabins from our Trentan range allowing you to examine the build quality. In the near future, we hope, to have more for you to see - just to give us a call for an update. This site it situated near Guildford in Surrey, about 5 miles for junction 10 on the M25, so reasonable accessible. So don't take a chance - always deal with a company which has its products available for viewing. You won't regret it!
You can also be sure that 1st Choice, a family business, started in 1979 BT (before Thatcher) understands the requirement to make log cabins to a standard and not DOWN to a price. Our Ethos is to ensure quality reigns over cheapness and to date has been the right policy.
